Silver Platinonitrite, Ag2Pt(NO2)4
Silver Platinonitrite, Ag2Pt(NO2)4, which is most conveniently prepared by addition of silver nitrate to a solution of the potassium salt. It crystallises in yellow monoclinic prisms, and is a useful starting-point for the preparation of other platinonitrites.
